Around 1999 or 2000, a very good friend of mine called and asked if he and his son could
  come and do some pheasant hunting.  They made the trip from Pemberville, Ohio to MCC
  Crooked Creek Ranch the week before Thanksgiving.  The following year they came and
  brought along some of their buddies!   The rest is history!  We have five groups now that
  come from Ohio every year to spend three to five days hunting at MCC Crooked Creek
  Ranch.   We also have hunters coming from Phoenix, Portland, and Chicago!   From as far
  away as Oklahoma, Kansas, Maryland, and North Carolina, we see hunters coming back
